USA - Hepatitis A outbreak

A fourth person has died from last years Hepatitis A outbreak in Pittsburgh. At least 660 people contracted Hepatitis A last year from green onions imported from Mexico and served in a Mexican restaurant in Pittsburgh. Hepatitis A outbreaks from the same source also occurred in Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee infecting over 300 people.
