Dr Faiza Dangor Mb.Bch(Wits),MCFP(SA): Director of the clinic, a private family practitioner with a keen interest in Travel Medicine. Experienced in the latter and member of the S.A. Society of Travel Medicine.

Dr Yakub Essack Mb.Bch(Wits),MCFP(SA): Director of the clinic and has completed Masters Examination in Family Medicine at Wits University. Member of the S.A. Society of Travel Medicine.
Both Drs Dangor and Essack are responsible for the establishment of this clinic for the Islamic Medical Association(IMA), an association of Health Professionals. The IMA ,has amongst its activities and projects mobile Primary Health Care units and Clinics to serve needy and desperate communities in South Africa. The IMA also provides disaster relief from time to time and its positive role in the struggle against the HIV/AIDS epidemic has been recognized and acknowledged by the S.A government.
