Dr. Martin Fox MBBS DRCOG DRACOG is the Medical Director of The Travel Doctor Southgate. Dr. Fox has 20 years experience in general practice, the last seven years also specializing in Travel Medicine. He also established the Travel Doctor clinic on the Mornington Peninsula. Dr. Fox is a member of the International Society of Travel Medicine and has travelled widely through Europe, Asia and the Pacific.

Dr. Jo-Anne Zappia MBBS, DRACOG, FRACGP has broad experience in general practice with a particular interest in the health aspects of expatriate families.

Bjorn Lemfors is our Corporate Services manager. He will assist your company in developing a corporate travel health policy that will fulfill your duty of care and minimize employee downtime overseas. Bjorn can be contacted on 9690 1433.

At Southgate we are ideally suited to provide a specialized service for corporate travellers. We recognize that our client’s time is valuable, so our appointments are structured to ensure business travelers can be seen with minimal waiting time.

All vaccines and medical kits are available at our centre and most can be provided at a single visit. We can perform medical examinations for intending expatriate families and for all visa applications.

We are also available to support our clients throughout their trip via our website and email contact and via electronic health alerts.

We have regular contact with our associate clinics overseas and we will advise business travellers of the nearest medical facility should the need arise.
